Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

  • Fraud reporting if applicable

We aggressively dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Product received damaged

  • Incorrect item received

  • Product unopened and unused

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened fragrance products

  • Used products

  • Clearance items

  • Final sale items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Provide clear photos of:

  • Product

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

Failure to provide photo proof may result in denial.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds for:

  • Repeated abuse of return policy

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

Aroma Kingz Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customer is responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Import taxes

We are not responsible for customs delays.
